Overview This website is operated by Mistyfied Makers. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and personalization Our products, including personalized photo puzzles, are made to order using images you provide. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights. We may refuse any order with content we find offensive, unlawful or infringing. Colors and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Orders and pricing Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel or limit any order, for example because of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you.

Shipping and returns Shipping, refunds and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. Because personalized items are custom-made, they may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Accurate information You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete your order.

Intellectual property All site content, other than images customers upload, belongs to Mistyfied Makers and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mistyfied Makers isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using our site or products. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.

Changes We may update these Terms at any time. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
